I’m Dimple, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and founder of Yogikliving. My mission is to share yoga in its authentic form and help you weave its benefits into everyday life. My offerings are thoughtfully designed around the rhythms of the seasons, blending mindful movement, breath, and Ayurvedic wisdom to support balance in both body and mind. Classes are tailored to individual needs, allowing you to practice at a pace and intensity that feels right for your body.
